Desert Resort Management brings to every client the experience and skills of trained professionals - men and women who are committed to the highest level of customer service. Desert Resort Management's size and diversity allows our employees to share a wealth of experience from a personnel staff skilled in all aspects of community management. Desert Resort Management's combined staff includes 14 community managers, a maintenance specialist and experienced support teams for all departments.
Our Experience
Desert Resort Management has been serving clients in the Coachella Valley for 21 years. With considerable experience in the management of luxury gated golf communities, Active Adult, single family homes and residential and office condominiums, no other company can match our depth of experience, knowledge and range of services. Our management portfolio of nearly twenty thousand units consists of associations numbering as few as 3 units, to as many as 1274. The long relationship we enjoy with many of our associations is an active testimony to the quality of our management service. We are proud that our experience and reputation for service and integrity have set the standard for management companies throughout the Coachella Valley.

Desert Resort Management is committed to personal customer service, not automated responses. We also believe that every association, large or small, is deserving of the same personal, undivided attention and high quality professional service. We also believe that pro-active management saves an association far more money than it costs when compared with selecting a management company just because they are "cheap". But most importantly, we believe that the relationship between a community and the management company should be approached as a partnership.
Our Technology
Desert Resort Management provides the most progressive financial record keeping and automated services available today. Desert Resort Management has specially designated management programs for customer service and management personnel, which add greatly to the efficiency and economy of service to your community. Desert Resort Management is currently working on providing on-line accounting services for large on-site communities.
Desert Resort Management's modern telephone equipment utilizes voice mail; a very effective business tool. However, with Desert Resort Management's strong commitment to personnel service, our receptionist personally answers and directs the majority of all calls received.
Desert Resort Management conducts management activities at our administrative office in Palm Desert. We also maintain offices at on-site community locations. We currently manage communities in the majority of the cities in the Coachella Valley including Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indio and La Quinta |
