Associa Desert Resort Management Overhauls Banning Community’s Management

Associa Desert Resort Management has managed the 96-unit planned-unit development located in Banning, California, since 2019. The community features a clubhouse, fitness rooms, sauna, pool, and spa.

Challenge:

The primary owner of the community was completely dissatisfied with the previous management company’s delivery of financials, status updates of accounts receivable, and overall competency.

Resolution:

Associa Desert Resort Management worked diligently to make necessary corrections to financial information, improve the conditions of important documents, and generally enhance professionalism in the management of the community. With these modifications, management now has the support of the board and on-site staff, and community members are very pleased with the services they’re receiving
